Hi everyone,
I'm close now, I just need to clean up some layout and do my final art order, which I have to say, is a lot of art.
Some suggested I keep close to the Pact Worlds format and have monsters/creatures, etc with each star system, but I think it would be better to keep them all in a single chapter at the back of the book, with references to the appropriate Star System in the side bar.
Once this nightmare of a book is finished, I'll be doing layout on the adventure and preliminary work on the Nightmares of the Void book.
So, yeah, it's been a horrid journey, and for that I'm SO SORRY, but maybe that's what I get for messing around with things that should not be named.
OK that was a bit of dark humor there, but seriously, I really am ashamed of how long this has taken.

Hi everyone
I just wanted to pop in and give you an update. Things going smoothly with layout. Ran into a few snags, mainly with some paragraph styles not matching up right, and having to re-do them, especially for stat-blocks and races.
I found another two star systems that somehow slipped through the cracks, along with a Backer character and a monster. Those are being fleshed out.
Lastly, I've had my arthritis flare up, and that hasn't been fun at all.
All that said, at this point I'm comfortable with a Mid-to-late November release for the Widow's Tear and the adventure.
Here's a couple of new maps I've had done. I'll post art previews when they come in.

HI everyone, I hope all is well with you.
I've just been keeping my head down, working on a ton of projects. I wanted to give you a preview of how the pdf is going to look laid out. I have a number of systems in place. Black squares are where I need artwork. These are not all of the star systems; I think I have 3 or 4 more that need to go in.
Right now I'm on the fence as to whether or not I should put all of the creatures, races, starships, etc. in the system they are associated with, or put them all in specific chapters dedicated to races/equipment/a bestiary, etc. I'm also in the process of tweaking formatting elements (headers and subheaders, lists, etc), so there might be inconsistencies. Keep in mind, this is NOT a finished product.
In case you were wondering if this would ever get done, I hope this preview alleviates your concerns. I do apologize for the delay, but I don't want to just phone this in. This project has had a lot of problems, and I'm really sorry for that, but I'm working through them as best I can.

Hi Everyone,
It's been a long while since my last update. I sincerely apologize for ghosting you. I've just been under a ton of stress and have been trying to keep my head down and do work.
First things first. YES. this will be done and delivered as I promised. I'm doing layout, and I'll be ordering artwork some time this week. I've had problems with maps. Problems with material being turned in that wasn't up to snuff.
I've hired another writer to do some development work that is going to be very cool; but play testing the material takes some time. He and I are in frequent contact about this and thus far I really love his ideas.
I can't give a time-frame, and for that I'm truly sorry. It's just that the nature of what is going on with this project is incredibly fluid.
Again, I am so very sorry that this project has turned out this way, but I am working on this, and I won't fail you. At this point if you want a refund, I'm certainly happy to provide it to you. Just contact me privately, and I'll take care of it.
