Congratulations everyone! You’ve done it!

I just want to thank you so much for your support and trust. I know there are a few of you who have never done this before, so let me just say thank you so much for choosing to back!

We can’t wait to bring you these books. I think you’re going to find some great material you can use for your games. The Widow’s Tear is a very cool plug and play setting, but it is strong enough to stand on its own should you choose to run it as a default location!

Over the next few months I’ll be giving you frequent updates with designer journals, art and graphic design previews and other extras.

The next step is to get the surveys ready on backerkit. I’ll be importing all of your information, setting up the shipping for your countries, and making sure all of the addons are available for you to choose from.

For those of you who backed to design a creature or star system, I’ll be getting in touch with you shortly, so we can get started on them. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Hi everyone,

We’re getting close to the 13,000 dollar stretch goal but we only have 1 day left, so I’ve decided to unlock it now to give those of you who asked for pawns a chance to get them!

I’m adding one last pledge tier, so you can either upgrade your pledge, or add 15 dollars to your existing one to get a pack of 33 pawns.

If you want more, they are available as add-ons for 15 dollars for 33.

HI everyone, I hope all is well with you?

I've decided to go ahead and do the second adventure I had planned: Left For Dead

A distress beacon sends the characters to a previously unknown planet in search of survivors of the crash of what appears to be a massive star freighter. Once the party lands on the planet, it becomes apparent that a large number of the ship's crew and passengers were left stranded, but why? And where are they now?

This adventure can be a followup to the introductory adventure you get with your pledges, or used as a stand alone adventure for the Widow's Tear or as a part of a campaign set in some other area of the cosmos!

All backers get this adventure free in PDF format, but you can also add a printed copy for just 5 dollars.

Hi everyone!

We have just 13 days to go on this kickstarter, and I'm so very grateful for your support! I've got great news. I've been talking with the guys at ArcKnight games, and we've reached an agreement to make Pawns once we reach 13,000 dollars!

This stretch goal replaces the new adventure stretch goal. This way, I can maintain my costs to have them made without screwing up my budget. I'll be offering them in two ways:

1: You can upgrade your pledge to a new Pledge Tier (55.00) which will get you a total of 33 pieces (3 panels), and 12 bases. Backers who pledged at the 75.00 and 100.00 Tiers will automatically get these as a part of their existing pledge.

2: You'll be able to get them as addons for 15.00 per set of 33.

Right now, the pawns are going to be just creatures and NPCs, but later I might do Starships as pawns. Those will require custom die cuts and bases, so perhaps it might be better to make a new stretch goal for them, by re-organizing some of the existing pledges?

Congrats everyone! We  passed our First Stretch goal!

The Cults of the Tear is going to be a great supplement that provides you with more information about the secret groups operating in the Widow's Tear to further the dark agendas of the beings they worship.

Not just limited to Elder Gods, the secrets of the notorious Hellfire syndicate are revealed in this book as well. The Tieflings who make up the organization are known for their dealings with demons and other vile creatures from other planes of existence.
